After investigating quite a few so called "SCAM Revealed Sites", I noticed that plenty of them were posting logo's from pseudo-associations exclaiming CRA 5 star ratings. I couldn't find anything on the web regarding these so-called rating agencies anywhere. This leads me to believe that not only are these less than honest program spinners selling their clients on the idea that other programs are scams (a tactic used to skim keyword searches) but also more than likly a scam to 2nd power themselves.
In reality, here is what the CRA actually is;
The Community Reinvestment Act (or CRA) is a United States federal law designed to encourage commercial banks and savings associations to meet the needs of borrowers in all segments of their communities, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. Congress passed the Act in 1977 to reduce discriminatory credit practices against low-income neighborhoods, a practice known as redlining. The Act requires the appropriate federal financial supervisory agencies to encourage regulated financial institutions to meet the credit needs of the local communities in which they are chartered, consistent with safe and sound operation.

I'm not sure how CRA has been incarnated into a program rating agency, but if you see this being flashed on a website touting their program it should raise some flags.
